🔹 Itinerary
9:00 AM – Pick-up at Queeny’s Farmstay
Guests are welcomed by local Ede guides and transported by tractor to the coffee farm.
9:30 AM – Coffee Farm Visit
Learn about coffee cultivation, soil care, and sustainable methods used by Ede farmers. Pick fresh herbs and vegetables for lunch preparation.
10:30 AM – Cultural Workshop
Visit a traditional stilt house; meet an elderly Ede couple and their family. Observe hand-weaving of colorful Ede fabric and coffee roasting by hand.
12:00 PM – Lunch & Cooking Session
Prepare and enjoy authentic Ede cuisine together, using the herbs and spices collected at the farm. Meals are healthy, simple, and distinct from typical Vietnamese dishes.
1:30 PM – Farewell & Return to Queeny’s Farmstay
Return by tractor. Optional afternoon upgrade includes Ede traditional music performance.
